General Counsel & Corporate Secretary
Kaliste joined Mawson in November 2023 and serves as its General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, bringing over 40 years of legal experience to the Mawson team. Kaliste’s in-house experience includes general counsel positions with publicly and privately held companies in various high-tech industries from satellite and telecommunications to autonomous underwater vessels. Kaliste obtained his law degree from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Louisiana in Lafayette, Louisiana.
