Katya began her career in the private sector working in marketing and advertising. She was a member of L’OREAL’s prospective marking team and later joined Ogilvy & Mather’s Paris operations, where she focused on the company’s Motorola and Kraft business. In 2007, Ms. Musacchio joined One To World, Inc. (OTW), a leading NYC-based international student non-profit as well as a designated coordinator of the Fulbright Visiting Scholar Enrichment Program. Katya was the organization’s representative to the US Department of State – Bureau of Educational & Cultural Affairs (ECA) and later served as Deputy Executive Director of OTW from 2011 to 2014. As the originator and executive manager of strategic partnerships with sponsors, funding organizations, partners, and over 75 United States universities, Katya managed day to day operations at OTW and was the organization’s lead spokesperson at industry conferences and events. As Deputy Executive Director, Ms. Musacchio built new organizational partnerships with both the private and public sector, including IBM’s Corporate Service Corp., Moody’s Corporation, Deutsche Bank Asset Management, The US Department of State, The Council on Foreign Relations, World Policy Institute, and the American Councils of International Exchange. In 2014, after close to 10 years spent in NGO management roles, Katya made the decision to return to the for-profit sector and in early 2015 accepted the position of Vice President, Strategic Partnerships, at QuarterSpot, Inc., a leading marketplace lender for small and medium enterprise (SME) companies in the United States. At QuarterSpot, Katya concentrated on strategic initiatives with leading channel revenue partners; supported the launch of a corporate internal startup credit union line of business that included a new legal subsidiary limited liability company (LLC) through all operational process and initial revenue; and managed financial operations improvements in process, efficiency and technology. As Executive Vice President, Corporate Development at Infrastructure Group, Katya is involved in corporate development, strategy, and chief operating officer oversight of IGI FinTech activities, which include significant strategic partnerships with QuarterSpot. She also advises on the topic of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to IGI clients. Katya has experience in organizational design and human resources, which is utilized in the IGI Talent Resources function. Katya is a graduate of Bowdoin College (B.A., French Literature & Government Studies) and Sciences Po (Paris, France) (M.A. in International Relations). Katya is a member of the Board of Directors of Sciences Po Alumni US and a Co-op Member of the NYC-based non-profit NEST. Katya has native fluency in French.
